    Step by step process

FOR 

  Organization Bookings


-     First, we will assess your home or business and discuss with you your goals and needs. This initial consultation is no obligation and is totally FREE. It’s a chance for us to meet and decide if Spotless & Radiant Glow  is right for you!
-     If you decide you would like to work with us, we’ll develop a plan of attack based on what your goals and needs are.
-     For our first session together we will plan out together from most to least important . Our second session PLAN IN MOTION!!!
-     At the end of each session, we’ll load with any donations and drop them off so you can start enjoying your freshly decluttered space. (Big sigh of relief already, right?)
-     During our time apart outside of your home, we’ll design storage solutions based on your needs, style preferences and budget. We will also take care of any product shopping so instead of you running around town getting everything you need, all items will show up with me at our second session.

 I assist people in organizing their homes and businesses by clearing out clutter and creating functional space.

Step by Step process

FOR

Basic Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move/In Out Cleaning

-     First, we will assess your home or business and perform a walk through to discuss with you your goals and needs. This initial consultation is no obligation and is totally FREE. It’s a chance for us to meet and decide if Spotless & Radiant Glow  is right for you!
-     If you decide you would like to work with us, we’ll book a date and time that works best for your schedule  

-   Once we add you to the calendar for services, a deposit is required. Deposit price varies on total overall price of services booked. Deposit can vary from $50.00-$125.00, remaining balance is due at time of services but may be paid in full if wanted. 

-     At the end of each session, we’ll complete another walk through together to assure you are happy with the ending results. 


CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 Spotless & Radiant Glow understands that life happens, and we try to accommodate as much as we can. Any cancellation 5 hours from booking time  will be charged a $45.00 fee or Deposit will be kept, Any cancellation made an hour prior to booking time will be charged FULL PRICE. 2 cancellations in a row without proper notice or reasoning will be required to PAY IN FULL at time of booking. Spotless & Radiant Glow  rebook until balance is paid.

Born in Bronx New York, raised in Kissimmee Florida. I have been in the cleaning and organization industry for well over 15 years. Growing up in a family business very similar to mine with a house hold of eight, organizing and cleaning became part of my daily routine. I know the importance of building relationships with my clients as well as client retention. I take pride in everything I do and I believe it shows in my work. I have a large expertise at residential and commercial jobs. Whether it's a public venue, office building, retail store, or a home, no job is too big nor too small.
